Professional, Not Provocative, Equals Productive, Employers Say

A couple of weeks ago we told you about a survey that found over half of female respondents felt more productive at work when dressed provocatively. Now, according to a different survey, it’s apparent that employers don’t agree.

The poll, conducted by UK law firm DWF, found that employers overwhelmingly feel that dress codes are a necessary part of office life, and say that inappropriately dressed employees will be sent home to change or privately asked not to wear the improper attire again. Continue reading
