For some reason they sometimes do not include the company name, which I dont see the point of that and think is very stupid. But I digress. I believe when you send a cover letter or resume to a company you should always find out the name or at least the nature of their business. One way to find out is to type their fax number into a search engine and see what comes up. May not work on one of those reverse searches as those usually just handle telephone numbers.
