I second the posting on ASL interpreting. My daughter went through extensive college level training and will still need a difficult certification to intepret for high level positions. I don’t know of any organizations that would train you in their language!

This article is not true. Most of these, except maybe some restaurant cooks need some type of formal degree or certificate training. To all the job seekers out there such as myself – how many of you are finding companies that are willing to train in anything? Especially with the multitude of already experienced people also looking for work.

As an adult my son’s disease affected the lost of sight and the impairment of his hearing. He had to leave his job as he no longer can perform his duties. What on the job training jobs may be out there for him at this point? He will have access of transportation for him to and from the worksite (door to door).
