Last Friday we hosted the #HFChat on Twitter, a weekly chat focusing on job seekers and ranging in topics each week from resumes, cover letters, networking and more.

Our topic was “The next step – how you plan your long-term career goals” and there was some tremendous feedback & info from both employers and job seekers alike.

Regardless of where you might be in your career, it’s always important outline long-term goals and how short-term tactics can help you stay on track so you don’t run into a dead-end job or a career that doesn’t align with your passions.

I agree Justin 1 but When you are planning for a long-term career goal, you need to make certain speculations for predicting the prospects of your career in the near future by considering its negative as well as positive aspects,  stability in life is also assured when you take wise decisions regarding your career. While making goals for a long time you have to set a deadline as well for achieving your targets within the specified period. you had explained well in your blog keep the good work UP :) CHEERS.
