This post on the HRCapitalist blog had me wondering how many companies have downsized or even eliminated their holiday parties. Has yours?
I’d love to hear from our readers about where their companies are cutting corners. I don’t mean layoffs or firings here – I’m wondering where your employers are shrinking their budgets.
- Did the water cooler disappear?
- Have you had to pay more for your benefits for 2009?
- Are there perks (like free coffee) that your company is now charging for?
