Everyone wants to stand out right now. When you’re looking for a job, the last thin you want to be is another generic candidate in a stack of applications. Stedman Graham knows this and is trying to help job seekers find their own voices–the kind that will make an employer say, “Hey, that person actually has something to offer.” Plus, part of standing out comes from having confidence and a clear direction, and both of those qualities will help you feel better about your career options.

Here’s an interview with Graham on WGN where he gives job seekers some advice for their job searches.
